I’m very satisfied with my two recent car services (1 electrical 1 exhaust system replacement). Honest and fair priced. Staff is professional, thorough and efficient. I especially appreciated the inspection provided with pics and status indicators letting me see and know exactly what’s going on with my 19yr old car. Thank you so much! I will be back! Highly recommend Tuffy on Fuller!

My brakes were grinding big time which happened on the highway on the way from Chicago to Grand Rapids. I needed to get brakes replaced to be able to pick my mom up and bring her to radiation therapy in the afternoon. I booked the appt online Monday night and got an appt Tuesday first thing and was out by Noon and able to bring my 92yr old mom to her appt. Massive help. So nice and professional. The manager and mechanic were in lock step and can through above and beyond. Awesome work.

I had my front brakes replaced in November at Tuffy on Fuller. I went back in May to have the rear brakes done. There’s new management. The employee was having a lot of trouble verifying or understanding their records. He said he wouldn’t know if they’d been fixed there or not until he inspected it. I ended up taking it to the dealership for the rear brake replacement. The dealership called, sent photos and a narrated video inspection in which they said “we can tell someone did work on your front brakes based on pad measurements, but it was done “poorly.” Sorry,” they said, “the front brakes need work more urgently than the rear.” (The rear brakes haven’t been replaced in the 5 years I’ve owned the vehicle, for reference.) I had them do both sets. Then, I found my original receipt from Tuffy and brought it to them along w all the documentation from the dealership. They refuse to refund me the over $500 I paid for the shoddy work that their shop had done. They took all the photos from the dealership inspection and said a DM would get back to me. After a week, she contacted me by text, stating they will not refund. They said they would have fixed it for free but since I had the

Excellent service. They were very communicative on every step with my van. I broke down in GR. Live 1 1/2 away. They made sure to keep my van taken care of and gave every detailed notes on everything I need fixed. Would recommend to anyone ♥️

I have gone here for a few years now for my car's services. They do an array of things from oil change to brakes, tires, alignments, and many more. The last time here in Sept, my car had a very special concern. At first, they thought they wouldn't be able to assist me to fix it, but with it not sitting right with Steve & Rob, the technician they dug a little deeper into it & they were able to fix my car! & got me back on the road. Their work went above & beyond the normal care they give. They not only helped me get my car going again, it was at a decent price & and a bit cheaper than I was initially told, so that's always a bonus to save money. I really appreciate Rob fixing my vehicle in a timely matter plus guaranteeing they work. They stand by their work for their customers' peace of mind. I will continue to return here for my cars needs due to the care I continue to receive & quality of work. It's a must try if you're looking for an honest, hard-working place for your car's needs look no further than this Tuffy. Ty to Steve & Rob for helping me out! I appreciate it emensly.
